About Wedge
Wedge is a financial services platform on a mission to build advanced spending tools that incentivize good financial planning. Central to the Wedge mission is a focus on facilitating responsible access to multiple asset classes and markets, while giving users the ability to stay liquid with these investments. Through the use of a debit card, Wedge provides customers the ability to accrue assets like cryptocurrency, stocks, ETFs, and gold and then guides users on when to save these assets or when to seamlessly use them to cover day-to-day expenses.

The Role
- Plan, prioritize, document, and manage software development effort for a team of 4 to 8 engineers
- Track milestones, deliverables, and overall progress towards product goals
- Facilitate activities and meetings with product stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently and successfully
- Coordinate documentation, feedback processing & prioritization, acceptance criteria, and software release strategies across company teams
- Collaborate with the management team to assist in the development of a product roadmap

Role Requirements
- 4+ Years experience as a software project manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in design and user experience
- A self-starter who works well both collaboratively and as an individual contributor
Bonus Qualifications
- Previous fintech experience
- Knowledge of securities trading
- Exposure to cryptocurrency/blockchain applications
- Experience with AWS, Python, Django, and/or React Native
